iTrack 2010
This year 9 students from Year 10 were involved in the iTrack Program. The program is offered by The Smith Family and each student is aligned with a mentor from the business world.
Every Wednesday lunchtime the students would use the computers in A11 to go on-line and chat with their mentors. Chats would often be about what the last week had involved in school life or life in general whilst other chats followed on career ideas and the students would use their mentor for advice or just a sounding board.
At the end of 18 weeks of chat the students visited their mentors during a day trip to Melbourne.
Fun was had by all and many thanks go to the mentors for giving up their valuable time, Katrina St John from The Smith Family for organising the program and Louisa Van Nugteren for her support on the day of the Melbourne trip.
Students involved included: Erin Bould, Rainey Richardson, Emma Sutton, Kara Anderson, Jamey Clark, Ashley Clarke, Mallory Gray, Tabitha Mantella and Caitlin Kelly.
